Project: Pajama Pants (Adult)

Please read before booking
Prerequisites: Sewing Machine 101, Tote Bag Construct and sew your own pajama pants using the skills you learned in the Beginning Sewing Machine lesson. All materials are provided for this project. The project should take approximately two and a half hours. We will take a waist measurement, choose a pattern size, cut out the pieces and sew a working pair of pajama pants with an elastic waist. As we go, you'll learn how to decode the symbols in a pattern and cut your fabric out so it looks and feels good. You may also opt to add patch pockets on the back. All materials provided, but if you'd like to bring your own fabric we will discuss options that work.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me before 10pm the night before your session. Cancellations day-of get a 50% refund. No-shows do not get refunds. Student (or guardian if student is under 18) takes all responsibility for any injury incurred while learning to sew from Amy Brown (Jumbo Jibbles) at her studio at 1068 The Alameda, San Jose, CA, 95126 or in the student/client’s home. Activities include using hand tools, sewing machines, needles and other art tools. This contract covers previous lessons and all lessons happening from the date of first scheduled class session. Photos may be taken during class for marketing purposes. By completing this class booking, you are agreeing to these terms.
